Reserve & approval policy
We set clear financial boundaries upfront so there are no surprises when maintenance comes up.
Why we hold a reserve
A small reserve means we can act fast when something breaks — no delays waiting for funding, no back-and-forth on small repairs. It protects the property and keeps tenants happy, which protects your rental income. The reserve is your money, fully accounted for in your monthly statement, and returned if you ever leave.
What to expect as an owner
Once you're onboarded, here's what ongoing management looks like — steady, transparent, and organized.
